If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by reaching our Customer support team at +974 50229990 during working hours and within one hour of having placed it.

If you paid by credit card or debit card, and you have cancelled in accordance with this clause then we will reverse the authorization or process a refund transaction as soon as possible. KNDesign will not be responsible for how long this will take to be reflected on your account as this is dependent on bank processing procedures.

Please note that KNDesign will not accept cancellations outside of the specified periods as the order will have been processed and can only then be cancelled through our returns/refunds process as mentioned above.

Sealed, unused items that are in perfect condition can be exchanged within 7 days of the date of purchase. We will refund the price you paid for the goods and credit the refund amount to your credit/account that you made payment with.
Your receipt and the item’s original packaging are required for all returns and exchanges.
