1. What are the payment options?
You may pay using debit card, credit card or cash on delivery
2. Do you ship outside Qatar?
International Shipping is not available as of now. We are currently shipping within Qatar only.
3. How do I track my order?
You may track your by sending us email to hello@kndesign.qa or WhatsApp message to +974 50229990.
4. What time does the KNDesign customer support team operate, and how can I get in contact?
Please email us at hello@kndesign.qa or call us at +974-50229990 for any concerns. Our emails could be ending up in your spam box or an incorrect email was entered at the time of checkout.
We are open from Saturday to Thursday between 8:00 am til 5:30 pm
5. Can I view my order history?
You can view your orders at any time using our website by logging in to your account and click on “My Orders”
6. When I place an order, how long does delivery take?
Orders are processed for shipment within 24 hours, Saturday – Thursday morning. Processing may take longer if the order was placed around the Holidays or on a weekend. Orders placed Thursday, after 10 am will be processed late Saturday evening.
Delivery is within 2-3 working days after processing. If the order is placed during a weekend or holiday, delivery can take 4-5days.
7. My order has not arrived within the stated delivery time, what should I do?
If you have not received your order within the times stated for your destination, please contact us at 50229990 for help.
8. How do I change my delivery address?
You may update your address by clicking ‘my account’ link at the top of the page and select ‘shipping address’ to add, delete or edit your addresses.
If you have already placed an order, please note that it is not possible for us to change the delivery address.
9. Can I change my payment information?
To update or change your personal information please log-in to your account. If you are already signed in, please click the ‘my account’ link then select ‘my details’. From this page, you may view and change your password, address, and contact details.
Please note that once order has been placed, it is not possible for us to change the payment information.
10. I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
If you have an existing account and have forgotten your password please click the ‘sign in / register’ link at the top of the page. Click the ‘forgot my password’ link. We will then send you an email with instructions to reset your password.
If you don’t receive your password reset email within 1 hour, please contact our customer support team at 50229990
